Belle de Jupe is a brand of skirts made in France, unique and eco-responsible which offers a ready-to-wear collection in small series!
Who is behind the brand
Emma learned to sew from her grandmother, a small hand in a haute couture house in the 1950s. This passion is at the origin of Belle de Jupe, created in 2018, following her business school.
Ecological and social commitment
• Sustainable French manufacturing: The skirts are made in France by independent seamstresses, tailoring workshops and integration projects. This multi-speed production mode makes it possible in particular to avoid overproduction by optimizing inventory management.
• Small series and unique pieces: The skirts are born from fabrics lovingly found among surplus items from European fashion houses. The quantity of material found for the same fabric allows us to make around fifteen skirts on average, which makes each skirt unique.
• Recycling of fabric scraps: Belle de Jupe brings surplus materials back to life to create accessories in an eco-responsible approach, particularly during collaborations.
