Deliveries and Returns

The traditional home delivery, directly to your milk box :-) Clother uses the services of the Swiss Post to deliver to you anywhere in Switzerland.

COSTS - Delivery costs are charged at 6.90CHF. They are refunded to you if your final order (i.e. after any returns of ordered items) exceeds 200CHF. In this case, the 6.90CHF are credited back to your bank account when the order is closed.

DELIVERY TIME - The order is prepared and shipped within 48 hours of ordering. For ecological reasons, Clother uses the standard delivery service of the Post Office, and it will therefore take between 1 and 3 working days, depending on where you live, for the parcel to arrive at your home.

RETURNS - Once the parcel has been received, you then have 14 days to return the items that you do not keep. Return costs are free . A return label is available in the parcel, simply bring the parcel with your returns and this label to a Swiss Post office, and it will come back to us!

RETURN OF OUR REUSABLE PARCEL - If you keep your entire order, we nevertheless ask you to return our reusable parcel to us, so that it can be used for other deliveries. To do this, simply fold the delivery pouch into the integrated envelope, and place this envelope in any Post office letterbox. At no cost to you, the empty parcel returns to Clother, and will be used for other deliveries. Zero waste!! You are not charged a deposit for these parcels (which are expensive for us :-)), so we are counting on your kindness to make this small gesture that is so important to us.

Several eco-responsible stores are partners of CLOTHER, and act as relay points. This solution is free, and available in the cantons of Geneva and Vaud.

RELAY POINTS When finalizing your order, you can choose from the different partner stores (list below). The date displayed next to the store name is the date your package will be available in store.

DELIVERY TIME - For ecological and economic reasons, we deliver to these partner stores on a Thursday every 2 weeks (in order to group parcels). You are informed by automatic message as soon as your parcel is available in store.

RETURN - As soon as the parcel is delivered, you have 14 days to collect your order, try on your clothes, and bring back to the store what you do not keep. We will collect your parcel during our next visit to the store.

RETURN OF OUR REUSABLE PARCEL - If you keep 100% of your order, we ask you to please come to the store to bring back the empty delivery pouch. These pouches are reusable, and will be used for other deliveries. No deposit required, but we ask you to play the game, to help us make zero waste deliveries!
