Your order is prepared within 48 hours for standard shipping by post. In the event of an exceptional delay, we will notify you by email.
Delivery is charged at 6.90CHF. These costs are
refunded if your final order (after returns) exceeds 200CHF.
Click&Collect at Clother
You can also pick up your order free of charge at our Clother store, located at Rue Lissignol 14, 1201 Geneva (between Cornavin Station and Manor). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready (usually within 48 hours). Our opening hours are: Monday, 12pm-6pm, Tuesday-Friday, 11am-6pm, Saturday, 10am-5pm.

This solution is possible via the TWINT payment module. When choosing a payment method, if you choose TWINT, you can opt for the "Pay later" option in the TWINT app. You will then not be debited straight away, but only for the final amount of your order after any returns.

The Twint solution is also available for instant payment. A QR code is created at the end of the order, allowing you to make payment.
